We check your Waste Carrier Licence number against the EA public registeron signup and re-verify it monthly — no extra paperwork on your end. It shows on your public profile alongside your reviews, so homeowners can see you're legitimate before they even message you.

How does the free trial work?
You get 3 full months with no payment required and no card on file. At the end of the trial you'll receive an email showing how many jobs you responded to and won, with an estimated value.
What does a subscription include?
Full access to leads in your service radius for your selected waste categories, in-app messaging as soon as you send a quote, your EA Verified badge on a public profile that shows your reviews, and a Kanban board to manage every job you're working.
How does job matching work?
When a homeowner posts a job, we check every active handler whose service radius covers the job postcode AND who has selected that waste category. Only matching handlers are notified — no cold-calling homeowners, no bidding against unrelated trades.
Is there a limit on how many jobs I can quote on?
No — quote on every matching job in your area, as many as you like. There's no cap and no extra charge per quote; it's all included in your subscription.
How do I quote, and is there a fee?
You send a priced quote based on the job's photos and description. A small platform fee (3.5% of your quote) is added on top when the homeowner pays — they see one combined total, and you receive your full quoted amount.
When and how do I get paid?
Once you mark a job as collected, the homeowner is asked to pay through the site and we hold the payment. Once you mark the waste as disposed of and upload a waste transfer note, and it's verified, you're paid out automatically to your bank account — no invoices, no chasing.
Do I need to set anything up to receive payouts?
Yes — a quick one-time Stripe Connect setup from your dashboard, so we know where to send your money. It only takes a few minutes and doesn't affect your ability to quote or get booked in the meantime.
What if my licence is for Hazardous waste?
Handlers selecting Hazardous waste must upload proof of Upper Tier Waste Carrier registration. This goes through a manual admin review before the category is activated.
Will I be suspended if my licence lapses?
Yes. We re-verify all licences monthly. If yours lapses or is revoked on the EA register, your account is suspended and you're notified by email with 30 days' warning if expiry is approaching.
