Anyone who carries waste as part of a business must be registered with the Environment Agency. We check each handler's Waste Carrier Licence number against the EA public register on signup and re-verify monthly. If a licence lapses or is revoked, the account is suspended within 24 hours — so fly-tippers and unlicensed operators never reach your job.

Yes — posting is completely free, and always will be. Waste handlers pay a subscription to receive leads, and a small platform fee is included in the single price you pay once a job is complete. There is no cost to you for posting or receiving quotes.
How much does waste collection cost?
It depends on the volume and type of waste, and your location — there’s no fixed national price. Instead, you post your job with photos and a description, and licensed handlers send you priced quotes based on exactly what you need collected, so you can compare and pick the best value for your job.
How do I know the handlers are legitimate?
Every handler is checked against the Environment Agency Waste Carrier Register before they can respond to any jobs, and re-verified monthly. If a licence lapses, that account is suspended immediately — you can also view any handler’s licence details and reviews on their profile before you book.
How do I pay, and when?
You don’t pay anything until your waste has actually been collected. Once the handler you booked marks the job as collected, you’ll be asked to pay securely through the site — we hold the payment and only release it to the handler once they’ve confirmed the waste was properly disposed of.

Can I get same-day or next-day collection?

There’s no cap — every licensed handler within your job’s area whose categories match can send a quote. You compare all of them and book whichever handler you prefer.
What happens if I’m not happy with the collection?
Message the handler directly through the app first — most issues are resolved quickly that way. Reviews are also tied to real, completed jobs, so consistently poor service shows up on a handler’s public profile.
